Wobbler Engine Piston Block StudToday is the 11th blog in our posts where we share drawings for the White Horse CAD Wobbler Engine. This week we will look at the Wobbler Engine Piston Block Stud.

Next week we will look at the Wobbler Engine Piston Block Washer.

Let’s look at the Wobbler Engine Piston Block Stud in a little more detail. If you would like to refer to the PDF engineering drawing, click here… P9999-11102_Rev1

The Wobbler Engine Piston Block is another straightforward component. You may notice we have added an undercut feature at the end of each thread. This simple feature gives the thread a small run out and guarantees there will be no interference between the thread and its mating part. It also makes it easier to thread up to a hard stop. The feature can be easily created using conventional tooling or even by hand grinding a piece of High-Speed Steel to the correct form.
