It feels as though the ‘normal’ world is resuming, and our clients are busy with that. We are enjoying new enquiries as well as those from our existing clients. However, a common theme for both parties is design capacity and its limit. It’s great to have the projects, but there need to be resources to complete these. And that’s where we can help. Our rates are highly competitive, as we bill for contracts over two hours per minute. Read on, and we think you’ll agree White Horse CAD provides an effective remedy to this potential capacity headache for clients.
For example, our focus this week is creating logical sub-assemblies for a client. Using SolidWorks, we are restructuring large assemblies to optimise the assembly process with more manageable parts.
Using our manufacturing experience, we know how to complete their assemblies, and our clients are confident in our ability. We’re adding complex components, such as the fasteners, O-rings, nuts, and bolts. It is a time-consuming but essential task for the success of the product.
On completion, the bills of material (BOM) will be more streamlined and easier to read. By employing White Horse CAD to work on this project, there are clear benefits to the client, including;
- A clearer mapping process for the assembly
- Freeing up their Designer Engineer to spend time on more urgent/complex requirements
- Secure storing and sharing of data with each other using SolidWorks and note we can work with every version from 2014 onwards
We are on track to complete the work with another happy client who meets their deadlines by using us as an extra resource when they require it.
Does this sound like a familiar scenario? If so, we work on projects of all sizes, from single drawing updates to more extended contracts for complex components and assemblies. This service is beneficial to multiple industries.
