3 Stage Design Process

The first stage of our design process is to CREATE concepts, brainstorm ideas, and refine the thought process. This will help us to develop several viable options to move forward with. The CREATE phase of the project is where we refine the core requirements. We will work together to develop early concepts.

The second stage is to ADAPT and refine the early concepts into prototypes that can be scrutinised and assessed. The ADAPT phase of the project is where we test early concepts, then refine and test again. Most importantly, this is where we will start to develop a manufacturing plan for your new product. Processes and production partners will be identified. Every feature will be designed with manufacturing in mind.

The third stage is to DELIVER a market-ready product. Most products must comply with quality standards. With the prototypes in place, it’s time to start testing against these standards. We will work with external test houses to ensure your product meets these requirements. The test results will help you compile your technical file to demonstrate compliance with the required standards. Finally, we work with our network of manufacturing partners to help you get your newly validated product into production.
